モンテールのＨＰに載っている、手作りの桃のプリンです。 試しにレシピ通りの半量で作ってみました。 甘さは桃ジュースがほんのり、とてもいいお味♪ レシピ通りだと表面より下はなめらかトロトロ系です。 焼きプリンが好きなので、次はあと倍時間焼いてみようかなぁ・・。 このカンタンさでこのおいしさはお手軽だけれど、 卵黄の量が全卵に比べて多いので（１：４）、卵白がたっくさん残るのが困るかなぁ。(^-^;) by
